Refund Policy for Ticket Purchases
All ticket purchases are non-refundable, except in cases where ferry services are suspended by the operator for any reason, including but not limited to adverse weather conditions, technical issues, or other operational circumstances beyond the company’s control.
In the event of a service suspension, affected passengers will be entitled to either a full refund of the ticket price or the option to reschedule their booking to a later date, subject to availability and the operator’s discretion.
No refunds or compensation will be provided for customer cancellations, missed departures, or other circumstances not resulting from an official suspension of ferry services.
